Originally the first floor was intended for servants; in more recent times it was destined to the daytime life of maestro Zecchino's family.

The environment, in fact, was easier to heat in winter, thanks to the lower vaults, while it was more protected from the summer heat, due to the small windows.

Apartment's name is inspired by the famous luxury house "Tiffany", a color that is found in the curtains and some furnishings.

Also in this apartment there are some bottles of the family wine collection that have been handed down for three generations.
